I had just bought a house and wanted to do a routine service check on indoor/outdoor units. Nick was very knowledgeable and fixed my thermostat that made me want to slap myself in the face after he told me what was wrong, haha.. But all in all, he came out at the time is said he would be there, they were very professional, and thoroughly check everything that I had asked.. 5 stars would definitely recommend and use whem i have other issues. Nicholas Rozier was great! He found the malfunctioning part and replaced it quickly. Then he tested to make sure that everything was working correctly. I was very happy with the service.

My old unit was over 10 years old, corroded/rusted evaporator coils leaking Freon, not covered on home warranty, froze up with ice.
Within almost 24 hours of contacting this company, my new system was ordered, picked up, installed, and cold air back in my home! I also learned a lot about maintenance and got a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty. Great customer service, very friendly. They even did a follow up visit to make sure the Freon levels were still good and everything was functioning properly.
