Nick was awesome. He evaluated our a/c system and caught some things that could have been major issues for us and fixed them before they became a problem. He was incredibly respectful of all the current health protocols which was a big relief as my wife has some pretty serious health issues and we normally have to ask people to go out their way for us - but not this time; he went above and beyond without us even having to ask. I absolutely recommend Prestige Air - there’s a lot of peace of mind that comes from knowing you’ve “got a guy” who really knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

Nicholas and his team have been amazing. He came out and quoted a new system that was very competitive with others, for what I felt was a superior product. He went through every part of the process so there were zero questions left unanswered.

His team was able to replace all my old duct work, add larger vents, add a new return so the system could breathe and repaired a disaster that was left by the installation team that installed the previous system, all in one day.

They were professional, polite, and cleaned up afterwards so you would never know they were there.

I wish I could have found them when my other system went out! Since that was a nightmare I’ve been on both sides and Prestige is hands down the best company I’ve had in my home.

I hired them to come in and fix the installation on my larger system so I will definitely be using Prestige again!!

A belt broke on one of our HVAC units during church - Nicholas Rozier responded immediately and was there to get our system running again within an hour to save the day. Nick was professional with clear communication - highly recommended!

It's not very often in the city that you find a company that feels like they're good country folk! I had the pleasure of meeting Nick, the owner a while back for a maintenance on my AC. Of course, being summer, they were extremely busy and booked solid so it was an unusual surprise that the owner came out just for a maintenance check himself! It's not very often that any business would care enough that the owner would come out at any hour just to make sure it was taken care of! That kind of service alone will keep me calling them year after year, not to mention the fact that I could tell he was an honest, knowledgeable young man that really knows his trade! Good job Prestige Air! You earned a customer for life!

Prestige Air has been so great to work with. When my unit was shot, they came out same day and did a free estimate of what was needed. everything was explained about to job. I had heard many good things about this company so I hired them to put in a new unit. They were quick to schedule installation and made the whole process a breeze. I am very satisfied with the level of professionalism and the want to go above and beyond just being my “HVAC Company”. Nick is great to work with and Colton was also great while on my premises doing the work. anything i’ll ever need HVAC wise will be with Prestige Air.

Prestige Air was very flexible to schedule their service call so I wouldn't miss work. Most of their competitors offer inflexible service hours with 4 hour windows of time when to expect them. It is convenient for them, but not their customers. The owner, Nicholas Rozier, is very friendly and guarantees Prestige Air's work. I would definitely recommend giving them a call.

I received an email and a text the day before my appointment. The day of, they were running a bit late from an earlier appointment (emergency) but texted and messaged me to let me know - great communication. They did a thorough evaluation of my system and removed ivy that had grown into my condenser. Very professional and friendly!
