When I chose Prestige I couldn't figure out the 5 star rating from all the reviews, didn't think it was right. Now I know, Prestige is a Five Star business, sales, installation, and customer service. Great experience.

Brett, Did my yearly furnace inspection and a very nice guy and explained everything very well. I really appreciate it! This is a great company to do yearly inspections and repairs. Very reasonably priced when they saved us on Friday 5pm when our AC van motor went out during August and No one else could do it then. They came out and had us up within the hour!! I've even called Sunday night and been helped over phone to get through until next morning when they came out and fixed. I would highly recommend Prestige Air!!

We have a 3 year old daughter, so we needed the Heater to work as soon as possible. You immediately came out (I. less than 20 minutes) to assist, even on a Saturday. I use Prestige Air because it is a family run business and I feel I am a part of that family each time they come out. They discuss all my options with me and make recommendations accordingly. They don’t try to up-sell me or try to encourage me to make a purchase of something I don’t need. Also I find their pricing to be appropriate and affordable.

Really appreciated Nicholas helping fix an issue with my heat pump system. He communicated super well, was punctual, and gave me a complimentary follow-up appointment after the initial fix didn’t work properly. I will definitely be back with future business.

Nicholas inspected our HVAC system at our house buyers’ request. He was courteous and efficient. Our house was inadvertently locked (it’s vacant), and he was super nice about it and came right back out the next day. He called me with his findings, sent me an email with the report, and I paid the invoice online. Luckily there were no repairable issues, so I just paid the inspection and service call fee. Quick and easy, thank you!

Nick and Will were great. They came quickly. Tested the a/c to determine where it was failing. Nick laid out all our options and gave his professional opinion, which helped us determine what we wanted to do. He also took a look at our Ductless system to make sure it was running efficiently. We will be using Prestige Air for all of our future needs!

We’ve had the pleasure of having Nicholas fix and/or install various aspects of our A/C unit over the last few years. We will continue to use Prestige because they are always professional, on time, polite, and the work is quality. In an emergency they try to accommodate you the best they can, and I really can’t say enough good things. Great company.

Nicholas is extremely knowledgeable in what he does and goes above and beyond with his service and level of expertise to ensure customers receive the most efficiency with units. With just an address, he knew the builder gave an underpowered unit, which was also told by our other neighbors. The old unit was underpowered and non efficient, which was creating hundreds of dollars in electric bills. The assurance is valuable for peace of mind, and we are looking forward not to dread the electric bill anymore.
