The details of running freon lines, electrical connections, and component installation show a high level of care and knowledge that give me confidence I have selected a professionally run company.
And I much appreciate the crew leaves no trace they have been there when the finish.

They sent out a crew to fix a persistent problem. After coming out the previous week and not fully diagnosing the problem, they asked me to call back when the temperatures warmed up and the problem reappeared. No charge. I called back. They showed up, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Honest. Trustworthy. Reasonably priced.

Excellent service. I called after 1pm and they were able to get to m home in 1.5 hours. The AC wasn’t blowing cold. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and tell my friends.

I had a new Nexia thermostat installed along with an A/C service check. I had to have a new 5 wire installed. Ben and his crew were on time,put on covers over their shoes,and did a great job. What nice people!

I highly recommend North Tarrant Heat & Air. Our elderly neighbor's air conditioning stopped working on a Friday Afternoon in 101 degree heat, I contacted Chris at 2:30p, by 3pm a crew was on site. This was not a minor fix, his crew stayed until the A/C was up and running. We are so appreciative of the prompt response and work ethic of the service crew that responded.

Technicians were very professional and did our yearly maintenance. The technicians are not paid on commission so there is no incentive for them to provide any service other than what is truly needed. Would recommend North Tarrant Heat and Air to everyone for HVAC work.
