I was very impressed with North Tarrant Heat & Air! I recently had my entire HVAC and heating system replaced by them with the latest Trane communicating equipment. Chris, the owner, is very fair with his pricing. Ben and his installers are absolutely the best. Their Professionalism and responsiveness are certainly appreciated!

I requested bids for replacement of a 30 yr old system for my house as well as replacing all ducts and adding return ducts to the 3 bedrooms.

Chris at North Tarrant Heat and Air was not only the most responsive, he had the most competitive bid. We had great communication as I had some follow up questions about the bid. He was very prompt with replies and answered all of my questions.

The install was scheduled quickly and his install team led by David and Omar were on time and kept me informed of all progress during the day.

We have used North Tarrant Heat & Air 3 times now.

The first time our AC was not cooling and a new capacitor was replaced and our AC started cooling.

The second time was a fall checkup to make sure we were ready for winter. The crew went above and beyond by noticing a large return air vent was making a small noise. They adjusted the louvers and this stopped the noise.

The third time they blew out the drain system with air and replaced our P Trap.

All 3 visits the crew has been on time and very courteous. I feel this is a honest and straight shooting company and would recommend them to a friend.

We tried 2 other larger air conditioning companies & both wanted to up sale many things we didn’t need. N. Tarrant Heat & Air was recommended from a friend. They gave me personal service instantly. They fixed the problem quickly in a very professional manner and saved me 25% of the cost. The service team was personable, efficient, informative, & easy to work with.
