Due to a tree company that damaged my a/c unit and refused responsibility to fix it I called North Tarrant Heat & Air who installed our a/c a few years ago and it runs great.. The damage was to the cover so I called and Chris sent his crew out to check on it out. They said I needed a new cover only and they installed it a week later when they got the parts. They did an awesome job, but what is more awesome I didnt have the money to pay up front while waiting for the tree co who damaged it to pay for it. I know this is not the norm but thats where they stand out and ahead of the compition! This is truly customer service..

We have used North Tarrant Heating and Air for many years and have always had a good experience with them. They show up on time, do great work and have reasonable prices. Two of our grown children also use them for their houses and feel the same way. I wouldn't use anyone else!

This the second AC they have installed for me. I moved from my other house so needed a new one, it was a very big job as I wanted the air handler out of a closet it was in. They did it with no problem, I wouldn't use anyone else, for install or service. And they beat most all prices.

I have used them for repairs several times over the past 10 years. They installed a new furnace and ac unit last summer for my mother. We have always been very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

Chris and his guys do a thorough job, are timely and are straightforward with what work needs to be done. They don’t try and over sell you on other stuff just to make a buck. I spoke with Chris 1st thing Tue morning and he was able to come out same day. Super grateful for this as I had no heat. I knew I needed a new unit and made the appt just for an estimate. Being from IL, not familiar with a heat pump and the indoor unit I spent 2 days freezing. Because of the extra time Chris took in talking with me, checking the units and asking/answering questions he realized I was unaware that I have backup/emergency heat. I am no longer freezing and know the extra time he took in talking with me is why, thank you. will definitely be getting new unit through North Tarrant Heat & Air.
