Roll was very professional, polite and right on time. He explained everything he did showed me pictures and replaced my air filter. I would highly recommend Infinity air!

James was the definition of honest quality service! Diagnosed the A/C system in no time flat, found the contactor was bad. Continued to review the whole system in its entirety, to give me a run down of all the repairs/prevention steps I should take. Quotes them up for me, and even showed me where all the areas were to clean out.
Found the contactor online and will be doing the contactor repairs myself, to save $200 in sweat equity. But, I will call Infinity again if I get stumped.

This place seems to be a scam. I pay them monthly for a membership. They were just out at my house a month ago to check my system and said everything looked fine. My A/C seems to always stop working twice a year. Every repair always seems to cost $1,000. I'm tired of poor quality repairs.

James found the problem on why our AC was not cooling. He explained the process and replaced the part. Very professional and friendly. He also answered questions about the warranty on our unit. We will use them again if needed.

We have been using Infinity Texas Air for service and system tune ups for several years. I have found the company to be honest and transparent relative to setting expectations, communicating, and succinct findings during tune ups.
They are very clear about explaining if something needs to be replaced or if it should just be on the radar (zero recommendations for MUST replace) in the years I’ve been using them.
Their schedulers are proactive and are good about communicating any changes.

In the middle of a heat wave, they came right out and fixed it. I called them on a Friday morning of a holiday weekend. They were at the house just after lunch. Great job.

Ben and his helper were professional and out my needs first. Very knowledgeable in his field.

Roel was great. Had to come back because breaker was tripping. Recommended replacing breaker. Upon my review the hot wire to the breaker was loose. After I reset the wire the system seems to be working.
