James was very professional and knowledgeable. His personal style was refreshing and I recommend him to anyone who is interested in checking on A/C installation/sales.

Ben, with Jim, checked several ducts for dirt and went up to the attic, as well. He recommended both duct cleaning and additional insulation in attic. He also signed us up for the maintenance program, which had expired Jan 2023, unbeknownst to us.
He scheduled both duct and insulation care while here.
I am always impressed with the care Infinity gives. The men are polite and thorough. The women who answer the phone are polite, easy to talk with and arrange appointments promptly. I would highly recommend Infinity to anyone.

Brandon and David came out and completed the installation of our AC/HVAC. The company sent me a reminder text to indicate that they were coming the day prior to my install. In addition, I received a text the day of the install that informed me that they were on their way. Once they arrived, they went to work. I was impressed with the quality of their work. Everything was nicely put together and organized. Further, Brandon did a great job explaining the process every step of the way. He was very kind and respectful. Moreover, after spending all day in the hot attic, he took his time explaining everything. I truly appreciate that. My only issue is that the rating system goes to 5 stars. He deserves more! Very satisfied with what I have experienced from this compony during every step of the way. I am so happy and blessed that I selected them. Please hang on to him and Clayton! They are truly a breath of fresh air in this culture of people who know nothing about customer service.

They are a $12,000 bust.
It has been over a week since Infinity Air replaced almost all my duct work, added 2 extra returns, and also installed a Santa Fe Whole House Dehumidifier.
I woke up in the middle of the night because it felt hot in my house.
I have the Dehumidifier set to 45% RH and the Temp set at 74°. The humidity reading on the new thermostat that they also installed is never constant.
Right now, at 1:44 a.m., it reads 61% RH, and it feels like there is dead air in my house.
I now have set the temp to 70° to just feel comfortable enough to go back to sleep.
Only when the A/C is actually running does it feel comfortable. Once it goes off, it sucks.
Very Disappointed and have lost any trust in Infinity Air.

Ben Espey was great. He arrived at the prescribed window of time. Was able to diagnose the issue with my heater and source the replacement parts quickly. I highly recommend Infinity Texas Air.
