Infinity Texas Air

Infinity Texas Air exceeded my expectations. From the time I called until the time the repair was made I received very clear communication on who would be showing up and when. Ben was the tech that came, I received a call when he was on his way and an email with his picture so I could know who to expect. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. The service didn't take long and couldn't have hoped for a more positive experience. Thank you all!!

Infinity Air had installed a new coil and charged our system with Freon in February, so when the system suddenly wouldn’t cool the house in June, we called them mid-afternoon because we were having a party that evening. They worked me in, and the tech quickly discovered that the unit outside just needed cleaning. Within 15 minutes of him washing down the unit, the temperature in my house was coming down. I was SO thankful that they came out quickly, determined the issue, and fixed it quickly! I highly recommend Infinity Air!

New capacitor was covered under warranty. $200 to plug it in is ridiculous! Raymond is a good dude though.

Left a message on Infinity's answering service. Received a call back within 5 minutes. Was able to join Duke's Legacy Club and schedule my fall heating system tube up. Service was cordial, efficient and rewarding. Looking to using Infinity Air on a regular basis.

Raymond with Infinity Air was very prompt, professional, and very good at showing me what was wrong with our unit! He took video and pictures to explain the needs for things so I didn’t have to get in attic to look myself! He got my air cooling in the hot Texas weather in a very timely manner! Would recommend him and Infinity Air to anyone!
