Our AC went out after lunch. I gave them a call and they had someone out that day giving me courtesy calls to update on the technicians timeline. He showed up and had our situation diagnosed and fixed within an hour. He had all the parts needed with him in the truck. They are very prompt and very professional. I definitely recommend them.

I have known Mike, his wife and his son Eric for many years. I have been using their company for several years for all of my ac work. My system just went out and they replaced it quickly. This company is very prompt and professional. They are also reasonably priced. They are very honest and do not try to upsell like other companies. Very glad and satisfied I called EMS Heating and Air! A technician was at my home within 20 minutes on a Sunday! He thoroughly inspected my wall thermostat, attic components and outdoor unit. The tech found the issue, had the part I needed on hand and was honest about the warranty I still had on the part. I highly reccomend EMS be your first call for quality service and fair pricing.

Labor Day—didn’t think we could get service today, but Katie returned my call immediately.

I have no reason to search anywhere else, EMS has always taken good care of me when I called. After my experiences with them I’ve never used nor recommended any other company. As someone who also works in field service (different industry) I try everyday to deliver the same service that they do and sometimes can’t meet my customers expectations. These guys are the definition of quality service and should be teaching guys like me how to do the job right every time.
