A/C went out this summer and I called EMS Heating and Air. They were on time and very professional. The tech did a very thorough inspection and was honest about his findings. We did a pressure test and found where the leak was. They didn’t just try and suggest parts that I potentially didn’t need, they took the time and did the right thing and actual found where it was leaking from. Repairs were fast so we could have AC asap. Have had no problems since then. I highly recommend EMS for all your heating and AC needs. Great service and honest work.

Used this company to fix both units in my house . Took them a whole month to get the parts . they were in a hurry to collect the money for it plus the service charge. Then they won’t answer the phone or returning the messages I have been leaving on their phone. Closed the order with my warranty company even though they didn’t repair the AC. Been trying to solve the problem till now and nothin been done. Worst customer service ever .

Horatio came in and assesed the problem. Leveled the unit and cleaned out the standing water in the coil area. Cleaned condensation lines. Still needs to return to replace drip pan.
