Our heat went out on New Year's day a few years back. She sent someone right away and found a screw had worked its way out. They fixed it in only a few minutes and refused money!!!! The next year it went out again, she came back out and this time was a bigger problem. She fixed it the same day for the most reasonable price you could imagine and was so sweet and kind. I wouldn't use anyone else!! You won't find a better or more honest company!!

Michael with A/C Lady came out today (on a Sunday) to diagnose and fix my unit. Service call was reasonable, but the service was above and beyond! Thank you, highly recommended!!
