This company is a lifesaver!!! My unit went out and the company I was dealing with had units on back order until the end of July! I called The A/C Lady on a Saturday and by Monday my new unit was installed and we were cooling in the a/c again. The gentlemen who did the install were very nice and informative. Peggy kept me in the loop from the first call until the unit was installed. I definitely recommend the A/C Lady!
A/C Lady A/c Repair Euless. Wow! Amazing service and we called after 6:00pm! Our A/C compressor all of a sudden wasn’t coming on so based on the glowing recommendations for The A/C Lady my husband called tonight. She answered! What Customer Service!!! She doesn’t even service Grapevine any more but spent 10+ minutes on the phone with my husband trouble shooting and it worked and are now at a comfortable in door temperature! That just doesn’t happen these days. Thank you AC Lady for your genuine interest in helping people when you clearly don’t have to for free!
I normally don't write reviews unless the business was outstanding and exceptional. In this case AC Lady was both. My A/C broke in the middle of a 100+ degree day in this recent Texas heat wave. I was desperate as the temperature inside my house had already climbed above 80. I had called several A/C companies including AC Lady and left messages. I thought I was lucky to had reached one that was able to show up within the hour. As this other company showed up I mentioned that I believe it was the capacitor on the AC unit as this seems to happen consistently every three years. He does the system check and then claims my compressor and blower motor failed and then quoted me a min. of $3000.00 to repair. He then claims it'll be best to just replace the whole system if I planned on living in the house in the future. He then goes into a sale pitch regarding financing and quoting numbers. he spent twice as long on his sale pitch than the inspection of my AC system. I naturally told him I need time to think it over and paid the $59 fee to come out even though it felt to me I paid him to present a sale pitch. The AC lady returned my call after the other AC guy left and she was able to send out a tech within the hour. The AC Lady tech showed up within the hour and was able to get my AC running as he confirmed it was the capacitor just like I suspected. He completed the job and I was charged a very reasonable amount for the replacement capacitor and labor, all on one of the hottest days of the year where a AC company has the upper hand. I am very happy with the AC Lady and the tech she sent out and I will be using them for all my needs from this point on. I am refraining from naming the other AC company as I hope that it's just one unethical employee making the company look bad.

The tech said that it would be a week before they could get a system for us. Peggy called Sunday morning and had us an outside and inside unit installed Monday morning. No sales pitch. Just straight honest answers and no pressure.
We’ve lived in Euless for almost 3 years and have used them 2x - both with Daniel. Highly professional, informative, and honest. Being a newer home owner we’ve never felt like there was a scheme or trying to jack up prices with us. Any issues with your AC unit don’t hesitate to reach out!

Zach was so easy to talk to and was patient and answered all our questions. Peggy the AC Lady even came by and visited while Zach was here. Super Lady. The pricing on a new unit was cheaper than most. I found my permanent AC company. Will never use anyone else. If you live in HEB Area and you have trouble call them they are AWESOME!!! Bo & Debbie

Absolutely amazing and excellent work. I contacted AC Lady, Peggy sent Jeff to my house to diagnose my house heating issues (heating coils not blowing enough hot air). Jeff is a great guy and very professional. He did a great job explaining exactly what work he performed and went above and beyond to make sure issues were correctly fixed. Great quality, professionalism, and most importantly honest service. Will absolutely use AC Lady for any future need I have. Thank you AC Lady!!!
Zach showed up an hour early. Called at 730AM and the Tech was here by 2PM. Early. Had the cover off for him and he had it diagnosed in 95 seconds. Start/Run Capacitor is bad. Replaced within 5 minutes and A/C is online. Zach checked freon level and washed the unit down. He was so cheap I gave him $20 more for beer money. Thanks Zach and the A/C Lady, again for your excellent service.
A/C Lady is top notch. Would give them 10 stars if I could. Peggy responded with quickness and Zach the Tech is AWESOME. HIGHLY recommend to anyone living in HEB.
