Great AC company. I called on a Saturday morning and Peggy sent someone over in the early afternoon. Daniel was my tech, he went over everything with me and actually taught me things as he was replacing my fan motor. I will only use AC lady as long as I live in Euless.

I needed someone to inspect my unit before Summer really kicks in. I'm trying to prevent things bad happening. Daniel was sent out to check everything out, and he was excellent. I learned some things about my unit that I didn't know. Anyway, Daniel did excellent, and this company doesn't price gouge you and try and upsell things you don't need. I have my AC people from this day forward. I highly recommend AC Lady (and Daniel).

Highly recommend AC lady! Zach was able to fit me in same day and work around my work schedule. Was able to quickly diagnose my AC issue and explain to me what he was doing the whole time. No gimmicks, no upsell, just good old fashion customer care! Zach was very professional and friendly from start to finish. Was referred to AC lady by and friend and now I know why! Looked for HVAC referrals on Next door and found the A/C Lady. I had surgery and my AC went or the night before. They moved around their schedule to fit me in right away. Got there in 1.5 hours after calling. So affordable. And I was really worried about the price being on a fixed income.
Found my new HVAC company.

AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Go Figure. After getting a couple of referrals to other AC Companies, I decided to Call AC Lady (A.K.A. Peggy) after reading reviews online. They came out within in a few hours. Mike the young gentleman was prompt, courteous, hard working and knowledgeable. Having experience as a property manager and had dozens of AC units replaced or repaired by different vendors , I know what to look out for. Mike and The AC lady pass with flying colors and have earned my business for life if they keep it up. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone call AC Lady for Professional, HONEST, fair and ethical work to be done. I don't ever write reviews. Thank you Mike and Peggy!

Called one of the big names that advertises on TV, and they couldn't be bothered to come out until the following week. A neighbor reminded me about the A/C Lady, so I called, and got an appointment the same day. The guy they sent out diagnosed the problem by the sound he heard as he was getting out of his truck, and had it fixed in minutes. He made me laugh, and handed me a bill that didn't make me cry. A/C Lady will be my first call next time my system need service!

Update: another great experience today. My a/c wasn't cooling at all. Peggy got someone out to my house in a few hours, and the problem was pinpointed in 5 minutes. Cool air is currently blasting from the vents. Don't even bother calling anyone else!

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called after a heavy rain caused several issues in our home (backed up main sewer line being one). I checked what I could think of and gave up trying to figure out what the issue was. I was called by a representative of the company within 20 minutes of leaving a message (called around 0645) and the gentleman listened to what I had check and instead of just booking a time to come out he made a few suggestions which ultimately lead to the problem being fixed. The 5 minutes he took on the phone to speak with me an troubleshoot the issue saved time and money.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of a holiday weekend and they came out the same day. We ended up needing an entire new unit and they were so quick and efficient and so easy to work with. Zach and the other guys were so polite and respectful of our house and even made sure to keep our dog’s water bowl full while we were away. We will never use anybody else!

The A/C Lady is an amazing women who knows her stuff! She is caring, honest & goes above and beyond to help. She was truly a blessing when she saved us from near death in our scalding hot home! Her staff was very nice as well. They were on time, reasonably priced & did a great job. Strongly recommend this company.
