Shirley Air

Shirley Air sent someone out to diagnose our issue and start repair late in the day due to the nature of our problem. Then sent out another guy a couple of days later to finish the repair. They were thorough, punctual, and very polite and courteous. Greg was nice to talk to and made sure I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I will happily use Shirley Air for any future repairs or maintenance.

Shirley Air, Inc has gone above and beyond to take care of my air conditioning problems. From the lady who took my calls, Mandy, to the Senior Vice President, John Stratton I have been treated wonderfully. I have been taken care of quickly. The most honest caring and reliable people that truly cares about their clients that I have dealt with. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Our A/C went out during 100+ temps. Marcus was the tech that showed up exactly when our appt was scheduled for. He immediately diagnosed the problem & had our A/C running again very quickly. He was very polite & professional the entire time. Would recommend Shirley Air to anyone having hvac problems.

I received a courtesy text from Darren letting me know the eta of the tech. Marcus was on time, he knew his stuff and he got the job done. I've had another tech out 4 times prior to Shirley Air coming out. Highly recommended

Air ducts were cleaned throughout the house. An excellent job by Josh. He was polite and respectful as he explained everything he was going to do during this service. Showing me before and after pictures. He finished up by cleaning all the ceiling air vents too. I’ll request Josh in the future.

I thought my inside unit had died. They scheduled a tech to come out same day. Turns out my thermostat battery was dead. The tech checked over the test of my system and made sure that it was coming properly. Shirley AIR will always be who I call for service.
