We were having issues with our AC, I called around 7:30pm and Doug was at our house the next day (and earlier than he said he would be!). Myron finished what needed to be done the following day and we could not be happier. Both Doug and Myron were professional, friendly and honest. And saved us a TON of money! We will definitely be using Just Right Air & Heat in the future. We highly recommend!

Just Right just installed a new hvac system at my house. Shortly after, the new hvac was making a high-pitched noise every time it kicked on, & it was driving me bananas. Doug & his team came back to my house & replaced a piston & checked a few other things on the unit to make sure it was working correctly. It took 3-4 hours of extra work, & they got the issue resolved. Thank you for listening to me & seeing the installation through. Thank you Mitch, Bo, Doug, & Richard. This standard of service is hard to find. I recommend this company, & I’ll be using their services in the future.

I called Doug earlier today and he came out within an hour of calling. It was the end of the day, but he still made time for us. He gave us a great price on repair and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have used Just Right Air for 15 years at 4 different houses and have always been impressed by their professional services and quality work. I highly recommend them.

Initially when the company rep (NOT Doug, the owner) came out to check on our unit, he was very quick to leave, because his "checklist" showed everything was working properly. I had to be pushy and insist he recheck. He argued that his checklist was fine. After digging in my heels, he finally did so. Guess what???? it wasn't working properly.
In his defense, he did rush out to get the correct part to repair the issue. Unfortunately, this didn't work, so we went without heat for the night (temps in the upper 20s). The worker returned the next day, called support for the part needed to fix our unit, and learned he had installed/hooked it up incorrectly. He was very apologetic- but clearly very green in his field.
I understand everyone has to start somewhere, but at what cost to the customer? I think maybe the newer/greener workers need to have supervisor or team member with them until they are competent to do the job accurately the first time.

Doug and his employee came to my house to diagnose an issue with my heater not working. I had a tricky issue where they have never encountered before. They had to come back a few times but were ultimately able to figure out the root cause. They replaced a motor on my heater and also cleaned out the ventilation pipe to the motor. Turns out some animal has been nesting in the pipe causing my heater to not operate due to lack of oxygen with all the leaves stuck in there. They cleaned all of the debris and was able to get everything working again.
