Just Right Heating and air will be the only service I will ever use should I have trouble with my AC-Furnace. I have never received better service. Doug is honest, dependable and does what he says. You wont find a better AC-heating service provider.

This guys came in this morning and told me i needed to replace my entire condenser unit at a cost of $3600 (just like my neighbor!). Well, i sought a second opinion only to find out i was low on freon and a $10 disconnect box fuse. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel like i should get a refund for the service call charge.

Great service! Responded promptly to my request, showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed my problem and offered a very fair price. Problems fixed and couldn’t be more pleased. Very professional and highly recommend them.

Doug is not the only HVAC contractor I've used over our 20 years in our current home but he's far and away the best.

My heater was down last night (Jan 2015). It was below freezing outside, and the temperature inside kept dropping. I waited til the morning, and contacted Mid Cities AC to come over. The guy fiddled a bit with my furnace, determine that it was the control board that was broken, and quoted me a ridiculous price. I kindly showed him the door after paying the not small dispatch fee. Since I do not have any knowledge about HVAC, I started using MidCities AC's diagnosis to shop around for a better price. Doug, The owner of Just Right Air, quoted me the lowest, but he was skeptical about the diagnosis, and want to diagnose it again for no charge.
He came over very quickly, and not only did he found out that the first diagnose was wrong, and quickly fix the issue, he also charge a very reasonably fee for the work.
I've worked with many technicians before, and I know a lot of them will just charge you through the roof because you do not know any better. Doug was not one of them. He has been in the business long enough, and I can tell that he is genuine.
Needless to say, he will be my go-to guy for any HVAC problem from now on.

Doug listened to our A/C concerns, diagnosed and remedied. Included a system check. Very good value and great peace of mind for upcoming summer temps. Highly recommend.

Friendly, honest guys with fair prices. They came out within a couple of hours, fixed my problem and got along swell with my dogs. Couldn't have asked for better service.
