Professional, knowledgeable, and caring service. Great communication and follow-up. I have worked with owner, Doug, and service pro Derrick who recently repaired our AC condenser. Such a great team with a focus on customer service and solutions.

My lnstall was challenging, my system is located in the attic up a pull-down ladder. The four man crew was very skilled and professional, and my quote was extremely fair.
The crew arrived just when they said they would.
The business owner, Doug Patterson, was on site throughout to ensure the install was done to the highest standard.
They were very careful to see that no damage was done to my hardwood floors, and cleaned up afterwards. The entire crew was courteous and very professional, and took the Covid precautions of wearing masks.
They did the install in one day, returning to complete the electrical hookup of one exterior unit the next day because it had become too dark. They checked my existing duct work to be sure it was functioning properly, using mastic to seal the joints.
I recommend this Company very highly.

Right on time this morning as always. Friendly, professional, honest & reliable service. 5 years ago Baker Bro’s tells me I need an entire new system; well here we are and the same system still running thanks no doubt to regular check-ups from Doug, Derrick and team. Doug was one of my customers and we got into a conversation about what he does for a living. We were having air conditioner trouble at the house and decided to use his services.
The price was reasonable, and the job was complete by the following morning.

Derrick has been to our house each time to work on the a/c units. He gives us the our options and is very down to earth and straight forward on what needs to be done. It helps me to know what action is best to take. I have been very pleased with their punctuality, professionalism as well as friendliness.

On a day when it is very hot and hard to get good service. Doug and Mitch came through in the clutch to repair my AC.

Quick to respond! We called first thing Saturday morning of Father’s Day weekend and they came out shortly thereafter. Doug & Derrick were very thorough and took their time to troubleshoot our problem. We are working with a very old ac unit, and were leary of ac companies who might just walk outside and say replace the whole thing. We felt like Just right heating and air were very honest, professional, and fairly priced. We will definitely use again!!! Thanks Doug!
