    Michael was very friendly and courteous. He was very efficient and thorough. He would check in as he worked on what he found In my vents. He gave me helpful tips as he was leaving. Will use Shirley Air again!

    The technician was friendly and easy to talk to. After trying for 15-2.0 minutes to reach the top section of the duct, he found that our dryer duct was broken behind the walls. He took several pictures and showed me where the broken area was and recommended to have it fixed. I liked the way this technician communicated the issues to me so I trust him, and I will have the company come back and replace the entire dryer’s duct for me.

    I was referred to Shirley Air, by a neighbor. The tech that came over called me prior to his arriving. When he arrived he was wearing a mask and gloves. He inspected our indoor unit and told us what the issue was. Explained how to prevent the issue from happen again. He changed out the air filters, lowered the temperature and the checked the outside unit. We were good on freon, but we're missing caps for freon plug. Tech then installed caps as a preventative measure. I highly recommend Shirley Air and we will use them for regular maintenance. Excellent service, good price and friendly!
