We wanted to get the HVAC inspected before purchasing a home. The inspector David came on time and did a thorough job. He took time to educate us on how this unit works and how to properly maintain the unit in the future. He pointed out issues he found and gave us estimates.

Christian and his co worker were the bomb! Very nice and respectful! Answered all my questions and gave me advice on switching air filters! They loved my dogs! Christian came out during the spring to replace a burnt plus and out let! He is awesome! See you in the Spring!

Christian from Kings Aire went above and beyond our expectations. Him and his team quickly fixed our unit, informed us ahead of time and after of what work was performed. He also made us aware of a hole in our roof and took pictures of it. He did a wonderful job and said he would follow up in a couple of weeks.

As the owner of a small pizzeria, fast and efficient is a must! When experiencing a refrigerator failure, Genaro, a servicemen at Kings Aire, responded with same day service. He was able to identify the problem and get our refrigerator up an running in less than two hours. Genaro exhibited the utmost professionalism, was polite and very respectful. He kept a very tidy and clean work area and was fast and efficient! To top it off the price was extremely reasonable. I was very pleased and impressed. I will continue to use Kings Aire as my go to for my air conditioner, electrical, and service work for my pizzeria and my home.

I had a burnt fuse and flooded pump and they walked me through the process of fixing it in order to prep my system to be ready to communicate with our new nest thermostat. Jesus and Hector spent a lot of time on the phone with me and even FaceTimed me to make sure I was doing the right thing! Awesome service.

Not only did they call before arriving. But they also showed earlier than scheduled. U know that's not always the case for everyone but I am glad it happened for me. The technician was very helpful and explained exactly what needed to be done and wa truthful saying it might fix issue but it where they needed to start before testing the rest.. so Mario and Steve thank you for your hardwork.

Just wanted to thank the tech and his assistant for being professional courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Quickly diagnosed the issue, changed the part. He also advised me of a few additional parts that would enhance the performance of the unit. We'll be using King's Aire again.
