The girl in office is beyond rude.. owner called back trying to defend her by trying to sound intimidating and manly Hahaha . It’s probably his relative. The techs are not rude but unfortunately don’t know what they are doing. They installed a new unit and the following year it stopped working. After 6 visits they decided it was my lines that needed replacing. Called a friend instead and he replaced the condenser coil that had obvious leak. And the expansion valve was faulty and leaking. Luckily my unit was under warranty. I don’t know how they still operate.

They do not answer the phone. They gave a window of 9am-5pm and called when they were in route instead of giving the proper notice. After which they told us that could not come back until a week and a half later.

My home warranty assigned this company to me for my HVAC. It took days to get a hold of someone. Don’t bother leaving voicemails as they won’t call you back. They claim they didn’t receive service orders

This company price gauges and are unreliable. They kept us two months without fixing our AC unit, at the end they wanted to charge us 1,400$ to put gas on our AC as they didn’t fix the initial problem. Also, we have cameras on our house. They don’t knock or ring the doorbell, and then tell you you weren’t home when they went. Do not spend your time or money with these unprofessional people.

Our AC went out. My home warranty set me up a claim with this company and told me if I didn't hear from them to give them a call.
They never called us. When we did call 80% of the time we had to leave a message. Again. They never called us back.
The other 20% of the time, we were told that the company could see our claim and will be on their way to our house.
They never showed up.
I finally had to call my warranty company and request a new company.
I just spent a year, away from my family, in the middle east during a pandemic. This is the least professional and courteous company that I've had the displeasure of dealing with so far. Hope this is not a sign of how El Paso is going to be.

Other reviews are accurate. The service techs are very nice, but the office (if they can be reached) is very unhelpful. I’ve had no AC for five weeks, and have taken off many days from work to accommodate their very limited availability. They seem unable to fix our problem, ordering part after part, while my family has several fans running.
Border Education
Home warranty contracts this company...but it took two weeks to get get thru and speak with a very rude receptionists. Another week to get techs to come. Techs did not provide full information and did not submit report in time. Tech said warranty would likely cover and then it turns out it was a lie because he did not disclose or provided a report to us customers. Receptionist made decision company would not fix either way. Highly unprofessional!

This company is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and it took days for my phone calls to be returned. The technicians were friendly, however it took two weeks and several visits for them to diagnose and fix the problem with my air conditioner. I would not recommend this company based on how rude and unprofessional their office staff is and their inability to fix the problem with my air conditioner in a timely manner.
