They answered the phone right away.. kept their appointments and were professional and respectful to me as the home owner. Took before and after pics so I didn’t have to worry they were scamming me on unnecessary work like many companies do. Gave me tips on what I may need to maintain my two units and what to look out for in the future. Despite the triple digit temperatures they remained cheerful and professional to the end. Highly recommend!
I called Kings Aire for service on my mini split. It was leaking water and also blowing low. The team was really professional and responded same day! A tech went out and was extremely professional. He explained exactly what was wrong with the unit. He explained my options and quickly fixed the issue. Now my ac is back to 100% with no leaks. Wanted to share my great experience!! Highly recommend!
I just had my air compressor cleaned. My AC was making a strange noise sometimes. Jesus (the tech) was very helpful and asked if I had further questions before he left. I felt the customer support provided by him was excellent. I didn't get the name of his colleague but I do thank them for the service they provided. I will sign up for their schedule check up twice a year, not only because of the price, but because of the excellent service they provided today.
We needed an emergency repair to our A/C unit over the weekend. The technician (Isaac) was friendly and efficient. He quickly got our unit back and running! Great service! I'm very satisfied with King's Aire and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
My HVAC had stopped working and was so nice that the techs showed up immediately and diagnosed the problem. David was very informative and understanding. They replaced the blower motor and restored my heat. Thank you again…Joey

Technician arrived within the given window and called to let me know he was on his way. Service maintenance was completed in a timely and thorough manner. Mario, the technician, was very professional and took the time to explain in detail the work that he had performed.
My heating went out on a Saturday night during extremely cold temperatures. I called kings air Sunday morning and someone was able to come out that day and fix my heater. Wonderful service and courteous technicians who explained everything and did a thorough job.
I have been a long-long time customer with Kings Aire. For many years I have enjoyed their reliable service and reasonable pricing (until recently) . KIngs Aire executives have made some aggressive (and in my opinion; wreckless) changes to their service goals and pricing. While this might appease their bottom line, Im not sure its a win for the customers. 1) They no longer provide contract service (i.e. seasonal AC/Heating maintenance for residential customers. 2) The personnel, which I had established a trust with are no longer with the company. 3) The price for basic seasonal maintenance support has now doubled; and the price for parts and additional labor has under gone some heavy markup. I paid $400.00 dollars for 'a' pad, that was unavailable to me during a start up maintenance call; and which I now realize I could have picked up at Home-Depot for about $109.00. 4) After a conversation with a manger, I am of the new understanding, that King's Aire is trying to get away from home Evap coolers and focus on the sale of refrigerated air units installations and maintenance. (The cost differential jumps from about $2k to $8K per installation.) This will be great for those who can afford to drop 8K to have home cooling. Its gonna suck for evap cooler customers who cannot afford refrigerated air will likely have to pay a premium to maintain evap cooling. KIngs Aire had me forever, but now Im seriously shopping around to see what other support is out there.
