My personal experience was excellent, from the moment I called to request a quote, provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision (got 6-7 quotes). Installation and listening to my requests and taking them in to consideration was key to making sure i was a happy new customer. All the way to the moment I turned on my NEW AC system I can honestly say I made the right choice with Expert HVAC. We have had trouble with our air for the past several years and were told that our system had a leak. They told us that we would probably have to break our foundation to fix it. We reached out to Expert HVAC & Refrigeration and Louie came to our home the same day we called. He called the owner Eric, and he came in the next day to look at the problem. He then got his crew including Jesus and Jerry on it immediately and they tested our line and found no leak. Our unit’s condenser was out. Eric had the unit we wanted in stock, and they installed it the very next day. We can’t say enough about their service. It was excellent! We had a party planned for the weekend and thought we would have to cancel but with their prompt and quick service we did not have to cancel, and our party was a total success. Tyler was the technician who serviced our AC Condenser. He is very knowledgeable and even went out of his way to educate me in into the specifics relating to our issue. I highly recommend Expert HVAC and Refrigeration and Tyler as the technician for your AC service and repair.

Called this company at 530 pm and they were out here within an hour. Replaced our thermostat and programed it in 30 minutes . The technician answered all our questions. Very satisfied with this company.

Called company at 8:30pm, received return call less than 3 minutes later. Was called before 8am with service window from 9am to 1pm. Tyler arrived about 10:30am and was finished with repairs before 1:30pm. I really appreciate the quick response, expert service, and clear explanations, particularly with daily highs over 100 degrees. I will sleep well tonight

I cant say enough good things about this company. Eric and his amazing crew deliver value and quality from day one. I wish i had them do my replacement i did on my new-to-me home back in 2016 but having them handle maintenance on my two units has been great. They are punctual, professional, responsive, and educational about what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just want to say that Eric Alvarez and his crew at Expert are some of the most professional and efficient business people that I have had the pleasure of dealing with here in El Paso.
After a recent hail storm caused severe damage to my roof I had to have a new roof installed and in the process of the repair work the copper tubing from my AC units were damaged. Even after several years of the initial installment all’s it took was one call to Expert and Eric Alvarez himself responded to my home and later dispatched one of his crews to repair the damage done and it looked like new.
Eric is a total professional and nice guy. I recommend if you are looking to install a refrigerated system into your home to look no further then Expert HVAC and Refrigeration.
