Expert HVAC & Refrigeration

I am very happy with Expert HVAC
and Refrigeration. I called them on a Saturday and they had someone out in about 90 minutes. The person they sent out explained what happened and what will have to be replaced next spring. He even gave me a quote on that. We will be calling soon to set up our winter maintenence.

They are a blessing. So many great things about working with Expert HVAC & Refrigeration. They were super busy and after being told my svc. appt. would take close to 3 weeks, I was squeezed in 2 days later. Sergio showed up on time and found that my unit needed a lot of attention: new pads, float, belt etc. Not working and mourning the recent passing of my brother, I was concerned about the mounting cost of getting my AC started knowing there wasn’t anyway we would be able to go without it; soon our home would be full of visiting family as we lay my brother to rest. Expert installed new pads, belt, float and ensured my complete satisfaction. Cold air and that familiar smell of wet dirt filled our home - I loved it. As I prepared to settle my bill, Sergio said Eric, Expert HVAC and Refrigeration’s owner, on behalf of his company, offered their sincere condolences and were picking up the tab! I am floored, humbled, and so very grateful for the expertise, professionalism and compassion demonstrated by this local company with whom I will remain a steadfast customer for years to come.

We had a minor issue come up on a WEEKEND I called Expert HVAC & Refrigeration. They quickly had a technician out here and fix the problem, and because of the warranty there was no extra charge. 🤩 AWESOME!

Expert HVAC & Refrigeration converted my home to refrigerated air. The installation was quick and painless. I called around El Paso trying to find the best value, and I found it with expert HVAC & Refrigeration.

Tech was professional, checked out unit provided suggestions on how to improve air flow.

Technician was friendly, efficient and
informative. I was worried that being a woman with no knowledge of hvac units I was going to be taken advantage of and.charged an exhubant amount, which was not the case. I was very satisfied with the service and the amount charged was fair. Definitely will use them again.

We had called Expert HVAC and Refrigeration, for maintenance on an old unit that could not be repaired. We knew we were looking at replacing our old unit and after speaking with Mr. Eric Alvarez, getting the quote, and walking us through every process that would be done, we decided to have them do the job. We set up the day and time and Jesus and Jerry were here promptly on the day of installation. They were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very pleased with Expert Refrigeration and HVAC and would highly recommend them. The company is great from the top, to the office staff, and technicians!

They were available when many others weren't to fix my home ac. They were able to get my system up an running within 2 hours after arriving. Reasonably priced service and parts. Will request service again if needed.

Tyler was an effective communicator and took the time to explain the issues at hand. He was very systematic and organized and helped me understand what options were available. I highly recommend tyler and Expert HVAC.

From start to finish my experience with Expert HVAC was perfect. Christina was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called. Louie arrived to my home and was able to diagnose the problem and schedule an appointment for the repair. The team worked very efficiently. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Louie explained the process and I was kept informed. Great customer service from the start to the finish. I will be purchasing the preventive maintenance plan. Thank you.

Jesus was awesome and figured out the problem pretty quickly. I had previously called an electrician that couldn't find what was wrong but Jesus looked at everything in detail and was able to pinpoint the problem in no time. So happy to have my air conditioner working again!!! Great company to do business with! Thank you!
