Expert HVAC & Refrigeration

Expert HVAC installed 2 units for us.. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and the quality of the equipment. The crews were 2nd to none. Jerry and Lionel, Blue and Natalie, Jesus B and Ray all were wonderful. We felt that more then once they went over and above our expectations.. Eric the owner has been patient and knowledgeable.. I've even texted him on the weekends to ask a question.. He has never failed to respond.. I'm very pleased that we picked Expert as our HVAC company. Mike was the technician that showed up on time. He explained all of the inspection phases of inspection that he did on our AC.He did an excellent job.

Called Expert HVAC & Heating last night and their response time was very good. The fixed the unit within minutes and warmed the house up real toasty.

Had my first preventative maintenance appointment and it went very well. Justin and his partner checked the entire system, and cleaned what needed to be cleaned in order to have the system running smoothly. I opted for a plan that Expert offers where they send a technician to conduct preventative maintenance twice a year, once before summer and another before winter. I highly recommend it! I have never had any issues with service when I use Expert!

When my 86 year old mother called me up about an emergency break down of her swamp cooling unit in the hot heat of El Paso summer , I was in a panic over who to call for help.

Thankfully, The skilled and polite technicians diagnosed the issue and swiftly got us back in cooling mode within an hour of their arrival! I can’t thank Eric and his team enough for such excellent service!

Update- they came back to turn on heat and close up the cooling units for winter. Excellent service and offered us a great value for future service and repair. Expert is Exceptional!!!
