I would never recommend this business. They came to my home and they couldn't do the work. The technician was afraid to go into a crawl space with bugs. He lied regarding the amount of bugs there. The exterminator stated the tech exaggerated he just didn't want to do the job. They lost my business . I would never recommend them to no one. They were very unprofessional about the situation. The receptionist was an extremely rude individual. I rate them an f. They are under new management and they are horrible.

I do not recommend this company at all especially dealing with new Manager (Bertha,) she is totally unprofessional, disrespectful and does not have any manners. I did business with Sun City because they used to have good management but ever since new management change I have been unable to get anything fixed at my home with the AC, even went as far as to replace a coil based on the technician indication that it was required for leak in AC costing over $1,700. Since this replacement 1yr ago they have
come to my house at least seven to eight times unable to fix the problem and continue to replenish freon and give me false reasons for why this happening. I call to complain that problem persists and Bertha and tech. dont seem to care. I ask for a technician that I'm familiar with only to be lied to confirming they will come and instead send someone else. Save yourselves the money and time dealing with this Co.

Horrible experience, service tech showed up stated valve was bad. Paid $640 for a new valve. Service tech left, 5 hours later heater gives out. No on call service after hours offered. Next day service tech shows up, stated previous tech should have offered new furnace instead of repairing. Didn't fix issue either, stated no parts avail. 3 days without heater during Xmas time, service tech showed up Monday, bright a used part which he stated was also giving out. Called management to resolve issue, spoke to Fernando to no avail. He stated not his fault part not working and old furnace installed in home. No resolution was found after 30 min of arguing on the phone. Very poor customer service. Never using again...

We called about 15 companies, and this is the first company that not only had availability but they were reasonably priced as well! The tech came out, knew right away what the issue was. It's something we've experienced before and paid 3x what they charged. Fast. Courteous. Well priced! Thanks guys!

The receptionist was very rude and highly unprofessional. We had a very bad experience with their service technician ...prices are extremely high. I would not recommend this company to anybody especially under the new management they have. If i can give this company a 0 star i would. Unfortunately the least that i can give them is a 1 star..!!!

2000 dollars for a new furnace gotta be kidding me. Found another company who installed it for half the price plus 10 year warranty. Too expensive service:(
