I am giving a 4 because I was only told $90 plus any parts. I was not advised an additional $45 if more than an hour. Thus, I was not expecting having to pay an additional amount. Better communication should have been provided. Lord, now I have to call back because it stopped working after only like 3 days. Hopefully, it's not the motor because the pump was replaced. It's a very old, old unit which is understandable. It's my parents house. I have been thinking of going to refrigerated; but, cannot afford the cost right now.

I am beyond happy with the service Adrian Chavez provided for us. Our AC unit broke down Sunday night and we had a new one installed a week later. The one week out for installation was extremely understandable being we are more than likely not the only ones needing replacement & repair . During the week we wait for the new unit installation Adrian Chavez was extremely transparent and honest with the issues we were experiencing and explained in clear detail what would best solution for us. They were kind enough to lend us a small window unit to keep my mothers room cool since she was my main concern for safety. Not only was she my concern, but Adrians as well. Due to my work schedule he was kind enough to message me with wellness checks on my mother until I got home. My mind was at ease and I knew she was ok thanks to Adrian. I have never experienced such tremendous customer service and witnessed such amazing work ethics. I want to the thank the company and Adrian for going above and beyond for us to find us a unit and installing it in such a timely manner.

Just had a complete HVAC system installed. The two technicians (Jesus and Jerry)that installed my system were extremely professional and knowledgeable.
