R H Heating Cooling & Refrigeration

In less than 1 year I had a problem with a new furnace & AC unit and called for service. I left a message and never received a return call. I called multiple times with the phone ringing for minutes without answering. When I called from another number, I was sent to voice mail again. No response to text message. Eventually I did receive a call back and learned that the business has two phone numbers advertised but one is more closely monitored. The next morning they arrived and quickly addressed what turned out to be a simple problem and I was back in cool air again.

REALLY 0 STARS! The technician came out and took a part off my system and never returned to replace the part. I texted and called and never got a reply. I paid them $143.00 for them to take a part of my heating system and they never returned to replace the part and left my furnace non-operational. They never answered any of my texts or calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Employ them at your own risk!

This company install a heater last year it worked for one week after calling them several times to came to fix it they came and again it only worked for a few days now they don,t answer our calls unless is from another phone number. This company is unprofessional they are deceiving people and taking hard earn money giving you in return a product that is only trash.

I called them for a repair because they had installed the unit originally 3 years ago. Never had calls returned so I called someone else a to help. Plus I learned the original work was not done well

Stanley Gore! What can i say other than service was given to him and we did go back and replace the part so don't know what he's trying to get at. The system was old and he was advised that he needed other parts fixed or replaced. We went out of our way to help the man but wants it done for free. This is a business and not a charity!
