Unit stopped working. Called Diaz Services and Was out in no time. The tech(think it was the owner) educated US on system and heat infiltration. We Will be taking There advice. They doing insulation coming week. They work with incentive program thru El Paso Electric. We are grateful and would recommend

Called in about an issue with my refrigeration unit. They had a prompt schedule for me. They showed up on time and quickly came up with solutions and corrected the issue with the unit. The technicians are friendly and explained the work performed as well as maintenance tips to keep my unit working efficiently.

Absolutely the best customer service in El Paso! On a weekend and eventhough already off the clock, technician responded (on his way home) and got my unit running on a 100° day. Completed the repair early the next workday (Monday).

In my home there are 2 disabled people. Diaz came out yesterday to turn on our air conditioner. Worked great until today. We got that special service for $240.00 that gives priority and WE NEEDED THEM TI COME IUT AGAIN for the air conditioner stopped working.. so much for priority service. If done right yesterday we would not be without air today and with a hospice patient z d a COPD/Emphysema patient we are having to SUFFER through this wind and dirt. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! 😡
