I had a great experience with Diaz Services, from courteous and professional phone calls updating me on appointments and time frames to the great service provided in repairing my AC unit.

Had this company turn on my cooler, they did exactly this without checking to see if maintenance is needed, like needing a water pump....as soon after they left, the cooler started leaking water like a river...stupid me for signing something in the young man's phone without seeing the document....nice gentleman but bad customer service...i felt like i just gave my money away....i will never ever call this company for service again. Now i have to pay someone else to come out to give service...Signed disatisfied customer
