This people stole my money. They charged me over 400 dollars for a service that they did not provide. They also left a big hole in my kitchen wall. I called Mr. Diaz and he refused to fix the damage or refund the money. Do not trust this company.

Worst customer service they haven’t fixed my issue after 3 visits also they take forever to come back and fix the issues which wasn’t fixed. Oh and customer service forget it one day they will tell you something next day is completely different. Stay away from this place. The issue wasn’t fixed and your staff said to contact my warranty company they sent a different company that took care of the issue. You guys wouldn’t even send the report to the warranty company. Techs won’t even take time to check unit.
