In February my wall mounted heating unit stopped working. So I purchased another one then contacted Diaz Services to install it. After serveral visits to uninstall the old unit, and install the new one, they found that the gas line was antiquated, not up to code and required a new gas line. They do not provide that service but did direct me to call a professional that does. They honestly went above and beyond to help me. The owner even came by my house to review the situation and point me in the right direction. Great Customer Service. 👌

Today June 5th I noticed that my water line to my Evap. Cooler was leaking. After 2:00pm I called Diaz Services (who has worked on my system for a couple of years now) and spoke to their Office Rep. Diana about the leak. She was right on it, within 30 minutes or less Eric and Joe were ringing my door bell. They assessed the problem and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes. This isn't the first time, Joe has come and made adjustments to my cooler, within no time flat he was done. They are respectful, knowledgeable, dependable and waist no time on repairs. When I do decide to upgrade, I will give them a call. Diana, Joe and Eric and the entire Diaz Services Team are A-#1.

I don't normally leave a review but I have to say this. Mickel and Joel SAVED ME SO MUCH HEADACHE with my fathers home. I've been trying to convince my father to switch from that old beat up swamp unit to something that works for years. I couldn't stand to see the man just "dealing with the heat" but I don't know enough about HVAC to really explain it to him. These two guys came out and actually explained it to my father in a way we could both understand! I've been tryin for years and finally I got the right words to explain the need to junk that old thing. Mickel Joel if you're reading this me and my father can't thank you guys enough. Job well done guys👍

Swamp cooler was dripping water and diaz services sent out their A team Aaron and Garry. Fixed my drip and even made them lunch. Good job guys!

I had been suffering from the El Paso heat for years dealing with my evaporative cooler. I had been shopping around for a very long time trying to switch to central cooling. I FINALLY found a great company that was not only unbelievably helpful (something not common in El Paso) but incredibly informative. I obviously was unaware of the type of system my house required based on the square footage. Manny Diaz (the owner ) came out himself explained everything to detail that needed to be done. Everything he told me was what he followed through with. I ended up getting a split system that is keeping my house cooler than a cucumber! I am extremely satisfied and pleased with all the services they provided!! I would never recommend anyone other than them! They even gave a great warranty that no one was willing to give!!! Call them to get your house converted trust me you won’t regret it!!!

This has been the only company that commits to their promises not only do they commit but they are on time and great pricing. The owner was on site every day his guys were installing my AC refrigeration, they explain to you what there going to do. I have had my share of flaky companies but I can guarantee you this company is not.......Please reach out to them if you guys are looking for a good quality company and installation

I've had refrigerated air installed and serviced by Diaz services since 2014 and they have been responsive to any question or the scheduled maintenance every time. I haven't had any major issue since the system was installed but I'm confident because of their past record, that if I ever do, they'll respond promptly and professionally.

Diaz services are very professional. They have great customer service and prices are unbeatable. Not only did they install my HVAC system but I call Mr. Manny Diaz for yearly maintenance services. Highly recommended!!!
