I had a minor rattling noise from my air handler which they quickly responded to and diagnosed.
The tech was friendly and was aware I was working from home. Always a great experience with Cody & Sons.

Furnace went out over the weekend. Cody & Sons showed up Monday morning to diagnose. Installed new unit that afternoon. Came back Tuesday morning to make sure everything was done right. Good value for great service and quality equipment.

They performed our annual plumbing inspection. Drained the water heater and made recommendations! Great Company!

My furnace stopped working during this last arctic front. Tre with Cody & Sons came several hours before my scheduled appointment, and not a moment too soon.

What made Tre's work remarkable was his care and consideration in his work. Tre's first response was not to replace parts until it worked, but to carefully diagnose the system and clean and clear internal lines until the system could function again. He was up front about his work and potential solutions (and the costs thereof).

If Cody and Sons has more Tre's in their roster, they are a quality business.

I have used Cody & Sons several times. Robert came out this time for preventive maintenance for my a/c unit. He was professional and knowledgeable. He patiently showed me a couple of issues he found, made suggestions, told me the cost, and asked what I would like to do. He made the repairs. He was considerate throughout the process. This was another positive experience with Cody and Sons!

This company is wonderful! Professional, thorough and everyone I spoke with through the repair, replace, financing, and billing process were outstanding. Knowledgeable service people. Had an emergency on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and they were able to come out and quickly solve the issue… highly recommend!

Cameron was great. He fixed an issue and replaced an old leaky faucet. He was super professional and a pleasure to have work at my house. The work solved my problems and I was happy to get some advice on other questions I had that were semi-related. Certainly will have Cody & Sons back when I need them. Thank you!!

I have used Cody and Sons for preventive as well as maintenance plumbing and HVAC services for three years and have only had positive professional experiences with them. They are dependable, courteous, clearly focused on the task at hand and explain all work to be completed and cost involved prior to doing it. And in an emergency(broken pipe), they respond as quickly as possible to address the crisis. I highly recommend their work.

Update: I have still not received a call back, but did get a response regarding this review. I have not been given another option, all I was told was that they would get back to me on what could be done and the cost, which has not happened.

I had Cody & Sons look fix a leak in my shower. After the first visit, they were to order parts needed. It has now been a month since that first visit and I still have not heard anything about a part being ordered. I had to call at least 7 times to get any type of return call as they are TERRIBLE at communication, and from my experience, at customer service. It's disappointing as they are rated very highly and came recommended by a friend that works there.

Again, it's been 1 month for a leak in the shower and all I get from them is "I'll have a manager call".
