I had a broken outdoor faucet and Evan was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than an hour!! He was friendly and professional. I'm so pleased with the service I received. I've been using Cody and Sons for years and they have yet to disappoint me. I highly recommend this company.

Water heater went out after 17 years. We called Cody &Sons yesterday and they came out today and installed a new one.

I will start by saying the second person who came to resolve the issue when our AC stopped working, Mike, was awesome and apologetic that they had to come out twice in two weeks. That said, we are not happy that they had to come out twice in two weeks for an issue that could have been addressed the first visit, and that's why I'm giving three stars. We needed a tune up so after searching for HVAC companies I found this C&S, mom agreed and made the appointment for us. We had a tune up and we're told our system would hold all summer. Our system has an auto shut off if there's too much water in the line, and in the past we've experienced it shutting itself down because water needed to be vacuumed out/the line cleared. We wanted to be proactive and make sure this was addressed before an auto shutdown. Mom asked the tech for confirmation once the tune up was done that the line/pan all of that drain part was okay and nothing needed to be vacuumed flushed. We were told there was no issue and things looked good. No need for a clearing. He told us the pricing and offered us their maintenance plan which would make it a little cheaper and we went with that.

Then, a week later when the AC shut itself down and we had to call again. I will say we were able to get someone out the next day which was a major relief! The issue was the auto shutdown because it needed to be flushed. Mike was very apologetic and got things flushed and running again. I'm happy with his service. We're just upset they had to come out twice and we had to pay twice when it could have been done the first time they came out during the tune up.

C&S is very responsive, we appreciate their urgent list and the way they're able to get people out quickly. I appreciate that they were masked as we have someone in our home with intense health issues, but I do wish the first person who came was more mindful about wearing his mask properly. Overall, their workers are kind and respectful which is a bonus. Unfortunately, it's a 3/5 rating and we're hesitant to trust them again. Between their pricing and having to pay a significant amount of money across two weeks, and the issue not being resolved properly the first time, it’s difficult to say we’d return. Although mom said we could use them again for winter servicing, I’m hesitant to have them do that despite us paying for the plan. We have since noticed another concern with our HVAC system that needs to be resolved but, as I said, after our experience, we're not sure we will reach out to have them handle this project.

Tony went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved, and my heat system was up and running correctly before he left. Tony's support structure enabled him to tackle a very technical issue calmly and professionally.

This is my second time using Cody and sons, and both times I have been impressed. They are prompt, friendly, professional, and get the job done. I would definitely recommend. Evan has done a great job both times he has worked on my properties.

I highly recommend Cody and Sons. I submitted a work order at 6 am this morning and called when they opened at 8:00 and expressed my elderly disabled parents' AC stopped working and needed someone to come by as soon as possible. They arrived by 1 pm and fixed it!! Their employees are excellent, empathetic, and friendly with integrity. Big Mike was our Tech.

Evan was great, very professional, right on time and knowledgeable. Fixed our problem quickly.

First time using Cody & Sons, but the service was thorough and top notch. Good knowledge and advice about my equipment (recently bought the home) and will talk you through what services you do or do not need. My tech made an excellent optional suggestion that could better protect my system based on an issue that had come up and how this could protect against a reoccurance.

I will definitely be using Cody & Sons as my first choice from now on.

We had a gas leak coming out of the valve in our fireplace, we had several different plumbers come out and we picked Cody & Sons.

These guys were great, professional, explained what needed to be done, we ended up paying what the estimate said we would, no extra charges or anything. They have obviously been well trained. Would definitely use them again.
