I had Cody and Sons to clear a slow drain on an upstairs restroom and laundry room. After over 800.00 I still have the same problem. They damaged the drain pipe on the laundry area and the upstairs sink still has a slow drain. I did call and they said a sales manager would get back to me. They did ask for over 2000.00 to fix the drain they damaged. I did have everything fixed by another pluming company. What more upsetting is the non responsiveness, no one ever got back to me.

They are awesome. They spent time explaining the issues and gave me multiple options for the work that needs to be done. I am confident they will do an amazing job and they will make sure anything done to my house will be perfect now and 30 years from now

Our A/C went out. I called he was here within 2 hours. We were very impressed with his professionalism. Will call them again and will recommend them.

After I finally got the appointment scheduled on 11/28.2022, Matt came and did a good job replacing the leaking copper drainpipe in the kitchen. The copper waterline to the refrigerator was also accidentally cut. I was told that they would repair it and tap into the faucet waterline. They were very professional and explained what they were doing. The leak was fixed, and the waterline was connected to the refrigerator. Hopefully stays leak free for a long time.

On 12/19/2022 when the contractor was replacing the sheetrock, he noticed the PVC pipe was leaking where the rubber gasket was connected to the san tee. The pipe was loose and easily turned. He tightened the screws and it seemed to fix the problem, but I was not comfortable with the repairs and wanted a confirmation with the plumbing company who did the work before we continue with the rebuild of the kitchen. Called Cody & Sons and setup an appointment for 12/20/2022.

On 12/20/2022 Evan and Antonio came to check on the repairs done on 11/28/2022. They were also very professional and friendly. Evan said that the rubber gasket is per code, but for my comfort he added a metal band over the rubber gasket. I also mentioned to them that the copper waterline to the refrigerator was also accidentally cut. I pointed to where it was connected and was told that was the hot waterline. They also said that it looks like that there was nothing done where it was connected. I am not a plumber and did not realize that there was no connection for the waterline to the refrigerator until my contractor came and pointed it out to me. Called Cody & Sons again and setup an appointment for 12/21/2022.

On 12/21/2022 Evan and Antonio came again to check on the repairs on the waterline to the refrigerator. They confirmed that a new connector was needed for the waterline to the refrigerator. The connector was replaced, and Evan also check the cut copper waterline behind the sheetrock and capped it. Evan and Antonio were both again very professional, helpful, friendly and understanding about my concerns with the original repairs. I'm hoping 3rd time a charm and all the issues are permanently resolved.

On 02/03/2023 Cody D fixed the leak on the hot water line. He was professional, friendly and very through. It did not take him long to identify the problem and have it fixed.

They know how to run their business - prompt, professional, quality. Their use of technology with texts, sharing info about who your service technician is, fully automated online payment, online scheduling, etc. etc. Highly recommend.

*an update to my previous post*

Cody and Sons resolved my previous issue with the repair process on my mini split unit. They have since been out for routine maintenance and are doing a stellar job yet again. Thanks Cody and Sons :)

So disappointed. I have been with Cody and Sons since 2018. They have been maintaining two brand new systems. It’s been all fine, until one system actually needed work. They sent the SAME tech (who obviously knows nothing about mini split systems) to my house three times and then just decided to never return and communicate what the issue is.

They tried to say that they had set up a “phone appointment” yesterday between 8-10am and that someone tried to reach me. That was a total lie. I received no call or voicemails all day yesterday. No one has since reached out to me. We will be moving on to a better company.

We had a leak that we could not find but the water meter was constantly running and our bills were over 250 a month. They were the only ones to find the leak two feet under the ground near the driveway were a pipe had cracked. The dug the hole repaired the pipe and put the dirt and grass back making it look like nothing was disturbed. Great job. We have used this company for years!!

I've done work with Cody & Sons twice now. Once was A/C related, and now plumbing. They work smart, quick, and clean up after themselves. When I needed A/C work done, Mike and Jeff tried troubleshooting solutions before replacing the most expensive part, which ended up being the necessary solution. Mike, Jeff, and Adarius were polite, clear in communication, professional, and left my home as clean as they found it. I will be calling Cody & Sons anytime I need AC or Plumbing work.

Evan is one of the most professional and courteous persons I have dealt with on my journey on home improvement. Will most definitely call on him again for any plumbing issues we have. Thanks Evan!!
