We contacted Airtron for our system not cooling and we were lucky enough to get Oscar as our repair technician. Oscar contacted us prior to arrival and was on-time as scheduled which we appreciate greatly. During the repair Oscar ran into a few problems, but never got frustrated and worked through them. Oscar got our system cooling again and explained each step thoroughly as I asked questions. Upon completion he cleaned up the area he worked in and asked if there were any questions I had. We need more technicians like Oscar in the repair world. Kudos Airtron on an outstanding employee.

Tin was very professional and was great at explaining his work process. He didn’t shy away from giving good advice on how to optimize my systems functions. I fully recommend him when needing servicing for your HVAC.

Alan was our tech that came out to fix an issue that our terrible builder caused. He was very informative and educated with his work. He did a great job repairing our issues, and even went on to fix other issues I didn’t know we had. We appreciate his work very much!

Dung was amazing! He explained and showed issues in system thoroughly. I love the amazing service he gave us. We’ve been with Airtron since we purchased our home 12 years ago, and their service has always been above and beyond!

Airtron’s representative Derrick conducted our A/C system Maintenance in early April to prepare for the upcoming, hot Dallas summer. He was thorough, a professional, and answered all of our questions. We asked to consider replacing one thermistor on our smaller unit since it was 4 years old and we had concerns about how much longer it would last, but were assured it was in operational condition and could not be replaced until a failure presented. Our fingers are crossed the failure doesn’t happen when we need the A/C the most but, we will rely on Airtron to replace it quickly when that time comes.

Mr Edwin came by today to fix the HVAC in our house and he truly did a fantastic job!! He took the time to hear our concerns and he would give us updates and information in rewards his work and the system in the house during the service!

Tech Adam Ramirez was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on maintaining my a/c. Thanks again Adam!

My ac went down this am. Called Airtron they sent a technician out asap. The technician they sent was name Oscar, he was great explained everything to me and also got signed up for their monthly plan! 5 star service!
