Rafael was absolutely amazing. He took care of my situation in a timely manner and even took the time in showing me. Not a lot of techs do that. Keep up the great work.

Alan came by our house and performed an air balance service. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about how our system performs. He provided great recommendations on the use and maintenance. He did find some issues and resolved them without difficulty. He’s a smart, respectful young man. Thanks, Alan!

Our technician Rafael Buda is a very knowledgeable person. He was here a few minutes before our scheduled time. He checked everything and replaced a part that could have brought the system down. Very polite and professional. Will ask for him for all our heating and air needs

I had the pleasure of working with Dung Nguyen . He arrived on time , took time to explain my issue and went ahead to explain how to maintain & care for my AC unit. Very professional service. Highly recommend .

I have been with Airtron for nearly 7 years. Today was there first terrible day. I called on Saturday (at 10am) was told earliest they could arrive was Thursday...ok not great but whatever. My 6 hour window (1-7pm) came and went without a call. 40 minutes after the window I finally got a call to say a technician was on the way, it would be another 30-40 minutes before they could arrive. Finally at 8:40pm I called to just cancel since it was another missed time. It doesn't end there though, a technician still arrived at my house at 10pm!! 3 hours after the 6 hour window, and after they were cancelled... they cannot communicate with customers and apparently cannot communicate with their employees either. Lastly, DO NOT SEND people out so late!! What the hell is wrong with you, those technicians are people too.

Alan was extremely helpful. He showed me what was wrong with my drain line and how it needed to be fixed. He answered all my questions and even took the time to go over how to maintain the unit and showed me how to clean the filter.

Edwin provided great service. He spent extra time explaining how to keep the system running better and more efficiently. Did the job quickly and very well. I recommend airtron service and Edwin as service technicians.

Chris Garcia did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he was doing it during our tune-up. He recommended some things that could benefit us but was not pushy on them. He also took time to walk me through the warranty and the monthly plan that we are on. All in all, a very good experience. We have had around 5-6 issues with our new HVAC system over the last 3 years, and every time Airtron has taken care of us.

Randy F. came and inspected our unit and determined there was a leak in one of the coils. He was very nice and answered all my questions. The only complaint I have is that he offered me the maintenance plan and did not explain that I had three options to choose from but instead quoted me the most expensive plan giving me the impression that that was the cost of a maintenance plan. He said my bill would be around $1600 dollars for the visit (I knew he was overquoting). However, I figured the cost would have been several hundred dollars and the plan seemed like a good way to save money. However, he should of directed me to the Airtron website and allowed me to view the three plans and answer any questions I had and I could have chosen the best plant to fit my needs.
