Val came today and did a perfect work to my HVAC (cleaning and UV light installation). Highly recommend!!

I must admit this was a great experience from start to finish. It was very easy to schedule the visit and their communication leading up to the visit was exceptional. My Technician was Valentin Rodriguez and he was extremely professional and exhibited excellent knowledge of his profession, gaining my confidence in his abilities almost immediately when he resolved the issue with my A/C not cooling in approximately 10mins or less. Protect your family and do not trust Airtron for your HVAC needs. They installed multiple of my neighbor and I HVAC systems with the user manual still on the inside of the unit. This resulted in my house almost catching on fire and a visit from the fire department at 3 am from the smoke that was filling the house.

Tin was great and very professional! Found the problem quick and fixed it! Would highly recommend him and this company to my friends and family!

This is for Mr. Tin, the Airtron Dallas Technician that came to my home on Friday March 31st, 2023. When you require an Airtron technician, I hope you are as lucky as I was today and you open your door to Tin. Professional, to the point, and went above and beyond. He made sure I knew the correct replacement filters for my system as mine are just a tiny bit too short. He pulled out his phone and made sure I saw and understood why he used other filters for my system. Tin explained to me what was being done this time, as this system has been a pain for the past year for more than a dozen technicians. Each technician worked hard and made sure to get the job done however, Tin went the entire extra mile to ensure all possibilities of the issue were thoroughly checked. After his maintenance was complete and during the time to wait around for any issues to rear their ugly head, he helped (did most of the spraying) me clean my outside unit off. He helped show me techniques to keep it clean and how often to take a hose to it. Now I feel ready to take on the Texas heat with this A/C unit.

Edwin worked on fixing my a/c compressor for three days and was so kind the entire time even when my power went out on him twice during the process! He is great at his job and a very pleasant and wonderful person! Thank you!!!

AC issues were diagnosed by another provider but our warranty covered a call to Airtron. Oscar listened to our concerns along with what we shared from the other tech. He took the information and followed through with diagnosing and fixing the issue. I am mostly grateful that Oscar was respectful of this being my work space as well as home. I was able to continue my workday with little to no disruption. Thank you for being courteous and mindful, Oscar.

Totally impressed by this company and their response time. We called to report a leak and they were here within 30 minutes. Oscar went above and beyond to help us and fixed our problem. Upon further inspection he found another issue that would’ve caused us problems in the future. He was so thorough and timely. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
