Alan did a wonderful job servicing our HVAC system. He came within a couple hours of me calling. We had questions about the system which he answered perfectly. He also tweaked a few things that will make it more efficient and comfortable. He explained various fan settings and when they should be used. I highly recommend AirTron and Alan in particular. Alan came out today and he was the best technician that I have had from Airtron so far. I have a 2 story home with a split system and Alan was the only guy that crawled up into the upstairs attic space and found out that the ducting was split too many times and not allowing enough air flow to the upstairs. He was the 5th tech that I had out here so far. He did everything that he could to get the upstairs to cool down but something has to be done about the ducting.

Oscar came to my house on time to fix issue with my AC, He was professional to the core. He even fixed some issue I didn’t notice. When he was done with the service, he vacuumed the area. Overall the services was excellent. I will the company over and over again.

Tin was here on time and very professional. He addressed our issues and showed me how to use the thermostat using my mobile phone. He explained how to better use our system to save energy.

It took almost 2 long weeks to respond to my warranty work. I felt the Customer Service Rep was not sympathetic at all with my concerns of high humidity within my new construction house. However, Alan showed up today and could not have been more professional. He was able to quickly identify and make adjustments to my system to fix my problems. I am very pleased with the final outcome.

We had our one year home inspection and the inspector found an issue with no strap to the flue pipe.
Airtron sent out a technician, ALAN who took care of the installation of that as well as explaining some basic instructions for the future since we came from a home that had a boiler system.
He was extremally polite and courteous to us and would ask for him again when we need service.

Bonus points for putting on shoe covers to check the thermostat inside! ( without me asking )
