Aire Master

Aire Master was a referred to me from friends when I was looking for a new heating and A/C system. Robert was very easy to work with and went over several options with me. Once the system was chosen it took no time for the installation. I had been putting band aids on my old system for several years and it feels great to know I don't have to worry about system break downs at the worst possible times. Robert has deep knowledge of his trade and reasonable prices. We have an older AC that uses older hard to find freon. Robert has everything at his disposal to fix any AC, he offered multiple options for future upgrades, responds timely, works efficiently, polite, patient, answers questions and confidently addresses any concerns . **Great Service - Outstanding Installation - Very Professional**
My old 2007 air conditioning unit started having issues and my home warranty company advised me that they would only cover a small amount of the repair. I decided that I wanted a new Trane system so I went to the Trane website and entered my contact information for local dealers to call me. Robert promptly called me to schedule an appointment and two others did as well. Robert came right over, on a Sunday morning I believe it was, to take a look at my home to determine the right system for me. He turned around a proposal very quickly. The other dealers were okay, but were more expensive and did not take the time to really explain what I needed. Once I decided to go with Aire Master we scheduled an installation for a week later. In the meantime, Robert came out and put more Freon in my existing unit at no cost to keep us cool until the install. I bought a new Trane XL18 seer 2 stage cooling with XV80 variable speed 2 stage heat and XL824 thermostat. The system has been in now for a couple of weeks and couldn't be happier. It runs very quiet and keeps the house cold!

Robert is very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. He was referred to me by a friend who has used him for over 20 years. I wish I would have found him sooner. We had more than one issue and a needed one of our units replaced. He was able to get it installed the next day and his prices were very competitive. I will use him from now on. I bought a replacement air conditioner and heater from this company 10 years ago. The install service was excellent and the units have functioned very well over time. I was satisfied so much I got him to install replacements at my mother-in-law's house as well. When we have needed service, he has come out promptly. He also helped us with a flooding emergency. Robert is the absolute BEST when it comes to an honest, efficient and all around great guy you can trust with your HVAC needs. He came highly recommended to me from a friend and after a very poor experience with another HVAC company, he came in and in 15 min of looking at my property, knew what we needed, didn't try to pull one over on us and was honest and fair. We went forward with the recommendations and his workers were in and out in 1 & 1/2 days. That is saying a lot since they rerouted duct work and replaced 2 units inside and out on a 2 story home, not to mention, fixed my air vents on my home. He came by personally and tested everything himself even after his crew had been done and tested everything. He left my home exceptionally clean and devoid of all garbage as well. It's like they were never even here, with the exception of my great new HVAC system. Highly recommend this company. Will be using them from now on for all of my HVAC needs and telling all of my friends and family to use them as well.

Robert Ellison is a genius when it comes to a/c. Very impressed with his abilities regarding replacing an old system that had an obsolete frion replacement. He and his crew did an incredible job not only replacing my total hvac sytem but also new ducting and resizing of the air return to a bigger size. I am so glad that I had this work done and realize its not just the work but also the people who do the work with the quality that is hard to find.
