Aire Master

Robert and his son recently installed our replacement Trane AC unit. His bid was substantially less than the other two I obtained. He worked with us to schedule at first date where weather cooperated, arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He returned to install a new thermostat which would give me a Fan Circulate option. All work was done neatly and quickly. We will be using him again.

Robert and Brett are the dynamic duo. A father and son team that have truely raised the bar for AC installation. We have used them for the past 4-5 years servicing and keeping our aging Trane AC functioning and keeping us cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We did not want to wait and see how long our unit would last so we decided to have them and others give us an estimate for a new system. Their bid came in less than anyone else and the job was done Right! We definitely recommend these two individuals to anyone looking to install a new HVAC system or to get it repaired or maintained…

We have used Aire Master for quite a few years now. They have helped us keep our systems running well and have installed a number of systems for us as old builder grade eqiupment has reached end of life. Most recently after a system had a leak due to a roofing job puncturing the coolant line, the folks at Aire Master help me evaluate all the options and get our system up and running with some new components, which made sense given the age of the old equipment.

I found Aire Master through the Trane web site and after reading some of their reviews, decided to give Robert a call. He came out to access our situation and provided a quote in a very timely and professional manner. His quotes were lower than several of the "other guys". Robert is very attentive, honest and knows what needs to be done. He won't try to steer you into something you don't need or try to over sell something either. We are very pleased with the work done, our Trane system works very good. Our only complaint is with Trane and how they handled the information they gave Robert for the delivery (or lack of, 2 month backorder) of our system. He was told it was backordered because of compressor shortages, nothing new. But it turned out that they stopped manufacturing the system we ordered and didn't relay that information to Robert. Not his fault. He was very apologetic and we went with another system that was in stock. I have already recommended Aire Master to several of my friends and family. Will be using Robert for some time now. Thank you sir.

Robert and company are prompt, courteous, professional and very efficient. They are also very personable and obviously care about the value they provide to their customers. I highly recommend this company for HVAC system installation, upgrading and/or maintenance.

Robert with Aire Masters has been servicing our AC and furnace needs for almost 10 years. He is very honest and dependable! Our upstairs AC unit went out this morning and although he was very busy and didn’t have an opening for a couple of days, he reworked his schedule and got to us within a couple of hours!! On a day that is going to be 100 degrees! He takes care of his customers. We have had him replace 2 AC and furnace units. They did a great job on the installation and the units have been working very well. We can always trust Robert to diagnose exactly what is wrong and how to fix it with out a lot of extras added on. Very reasonable and trustworthy! Highly recommend Aire Masters!!!

Robert did an excellent job installing a heating and cooling unit for my 95 yo dad. He was so courteous and respectful while he listened to what my dad was wanting and didn’t try to over sell anything that was not needed. He kept us informed all during the measurements, ordering, and installation. He checked back with us several times to make sure we were pleased and all was working correctly. I would highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone.

I would highly recommend Aire Master for air conditioner and furnace repair and replacement. Robert and his team were right on time, paid attention to details and answered all of my questions and concerns before and during my new HVAC system installation. He and his team completed the work in a timely manner and went the extra mile by calling and checking how my new system was doing later that day. What an amazing team!

Robert and the Aire Master team were great. We had 2 new units installed and they were professional, on-time, hard-working and very responsive to our requests/questions. They did high quality work and also were fairly priced. We would definitely recommend them.

Robert and Brett did a complete overhaul to fix an install by another company. Company 1 (seller/installer) charged us an arm and a leg, and the unit has had problems for the 7 years we've had it. Company 2 (whom we hired to replace Company 1) estimated $7k to correct it, and told us the unit was out of warranty. Robert showed us on the Trane website that the unit IS still under warranty and proceed to fix it for $750.

They're honest, kind, thorough and reliable. Robert and Brett provide quality service at a fair and reasonable price. We highly recommend them.
