Aire Masters installed our new AC and furnace almost 7 years ago and we have been nothing but impressed with his continuing service. He is always quick to reply when I message him and always prompt when coming to service my units. Robert never pressures me into extra services but always reminds me to get my units serviced to ensure they continue to run properly.

Robert has been taking care of my house for over 12 years after I was overcharged by another company and they didn't fix things properly. I got his number from my realtor since at that time I was new to the area and I have been using him ever since. He is always professional, friendly, courteous and shows up quickly, even on the weekends and holidays. He has never overcharged me for anything and is transparent about pricing. His prices are better than anyone else around and his work is second to none. He will go above and beyond to make sure things are working properly. He won't up-sell or make you spend money needlessly. His son is now working with him and he is learning from the best. I look forward to using them for as long as I live here!

I cannot say enough about Robert & the service he has provided over the past 18 years. His expertise, professionalism & responsiveness is unmatched. Just this morning, Saturday 10/9, I connected him a little before 8 am as there was no heat in the house. Robert replied promptly & was at my house by 10 am. Once here, he quickly resolved the issue and performed my bi-annual service maintenance that I would have scheduled later this month. I am forever grateful he rearranged his day off to accommodate my need. In conversation, I also found out that it is his birthday today. Robert is truly the BEST!
