Excellent quality, very reliable service by Shawn Owens, Blue Label Services team member. I had issue with my AC not cooling. Blue Label service person made a thorough analysis and fixed the issue. The Blue Label tech came to give us a second opinion on a proposal to replace our furnace by another company. After his thorough testing, we felt comfortable that we were not in danger but we needed to watch certain things to determine the right time to get a new furnace. He also educated us on different types of furnaces and what was an appropriate replacement when the time comes. We feel educated and empowered. Blue Label earned a customer today. Though this second opinion didn't cost anything, we will go back to Blue Label when we need HVAC service in the future.
