Bill is amazing and super professional even when dealing with my frustration. My evaporator coil went out and when Bill knew that I wasn’t happy he went above and beyond to take care of me and I’m super appreciative of that. My coil was replaced and he gave me a great deal and even worked me into the schedule to get me taken care of. Shawn came back out and was super professional and double checked to make sure everything was working well. The customer service has won me over for a lifetime and this will always be the company that call on for all my needs.

I cannot express how thankful I am to be a client of Blue Label Services. I made a frantic phone request at 3pm on Saturday that the 92 year old resident was without air. When asked when I would prefer service I said, "Now" feeling that was an impossible request but, hey, why not! Within minutes I was contacted with an estimated response time. To my surprise it would be by 7pm. The Technician arrived and made the necessary repairs and was on his way to completing a long day by 7:45. One happy (maybe not happy, but cooler) 92 year old thanks to Blue Label Services! You're the best!!! Thank you!

These guys are great! Professional, responsive and easy to work with. The technician showed up on time, performed maintenance on my unit, and took the time to walk me through some basic steps I can do on my own to keep my a/c & heat running efficiently between annual maintenance checkups. Highly recommend!

Blue Label Services has a very fast response time. The employees are knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Hollis and Chord did an amazing job in a short amount of time....and....they were EXTREMELY nice and polite. I had questions...lots of them....Hollis and Chord patiently answered them all. Before leaving, we recapped my original issue, they showed me how they corrected it and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use this company, again. I highly recommend them.
