Tom Fortner was very responsive the night before when we needed help figuring out what to do. He had a tech out the very next day.
This is our second time using them and we will continue to use their service for the quality of work they provide. You can not go wrong with Blue Label Services!

Wow! Let me start at the beginning. I received a call from Blue Label within minutes of requesting service and the tech (Shawn) was on his way within an hour. After listening to our concerns and examining the issues, Shawn explained the trouble (with accompanying photos and video of my equipment for demonstration) and our potential options to repair with absolutely no pressure to buy unnecessary services or products. Lifetime warranty was included on parts. The communication and professionalism with Blue Tech (front office and the field tech Shawn) was top notch from beginning to end.
