Shawn O. was very professional and fixed our unit in just a few hours at our new house. He did what needed to be done to work with our home warranty over the phone.
Tom Fortner was very responsive the night before when we needed help figuring out what to do. He had a tech out the very next day.
This is our second time using them and we will continue to use their service for the quality of work they provide. You can not go wrong with Blue Label Services!

Wow! Let me start at the beginning. I received a call from Blue Label within minutes of requesting service and the tech (Shawn) was on his way within an hour. After listening to our concerns and examining the issues, Shawn explained the trouble (with accompanying photos and video of my equipment for demonstration) and our potential options to repair with absolutely no pressure to buy unnecessary services or products. Lifetime warranty was included on parts. The communication and professionalism with Blue Tech (front office and the field tech Shawn) was top notch from beginning to end. Blue Tech has just earned a lifetime customer from me. I highly recommend Blue Tech for all your HVAC needs.

Blue Label has a group of top notch people that know what they’re doing and delivered a solution that was good for me! I needed my air conditioning and heating replaced and I called my friends at Blue Label. To my surprise, they called and said they could come 2 days earlier if that would work for me! They are exceptional and I would highly recommend them!

Sean was excellent. Was here on time and took only minutes to replace the part we needed for our AC unit. He was kind and courteous and answered all our questions. Hopefully we won't need service for a longtime to come, but if we do we will definitely call Blue Label and ask for Sean.
