Had a bad experience with the previous company that came to look at my A/C when it stopped working so I contacted BLS, got an appointment first thing the next day and I am more than happy with the service I received. Chord was on time, honest, efficient, informative and got the job done all while being 'assisted' by my dogs. I will definitely be using y'all again soon for a system tune up. Thank you!!

The compressor was evaluated by a service tech and found to be faulty - BUT said they would do nothing until it stopped working completely. He actually told my tenants that he had "never heard a compressor that was so loud". Everyone could tell it was on the brink of failing completely. Later the same week, which happened to be 4th of July weekend (July 2 to be exact), the compressor did in fact stop working completely. I called this in as an emergency repair, but never received a call back until July 5 - a full 3 days later. Once the replacement of the compressor was approved, it took a full week more to get this installed EVEN THOUGH the tech told my tenants that he had all the parts and could install the next day. I have not only been out the cost of this replacement, but now the cost of my tenants staying in a hotel for 10 days all because the problem was not fixed when it was first identified. I specifically had requested Blue Label as the a/c company I wanted to use through the home warranty company. My experience with them in the past was positive. This experience has negated all of my past positives. My costs are in excess of $3500 total due to lost rent, and additional costs for my tenants needing to stay in a hotel. Not acceptable. I do not feel like a valued customer in any way.

I have been a customer for 3+ years and have referred them multiple times. Blue Label has never disappointed. Fair pricing, trustworthy, and exceptional service. Today, they came after hours to fix a broken AC unit. Had it working in under 20 minutes with a new capacitor. Thanks, J!

I’ve used this company twice for routine HVAC service. I intend to continue to use them for any future AC needs. Booking was easy and swift. They do great at communicating the time frames the tech will be to you along with the techs that provide an ETA when in route! Each tech was effective and efficient, they didn’t rush through the job. They inspected and took their time cleaning out my systems and going through the report with me. Allowing time for any questions you may have. I highly recommend this company for you AC needs.

Blue Label is one the most consistent businesses I've ever worked with. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, don't try to sell you what you don't need and are very meticulous in their work. Our furnace blew on Thanksgiving and we reached out to about 6 HVAC companies. While they weren't able to come out to evaluate (because of the holiday) Blue Label was the ONLY company to still communicate with us provide recommendations on how to begin addressing the problems AND followed up two days later. At this point in time I would not consider any other company for my HVAC needs.
