ATS Mechanical Heating & AC

I only had a short time with this company but my overall experience was great! I called to have someone come out to give me an estimate on my AC. They scheduled for Shaun to come out. Not only was he right on time, he was very professional and he was able to figure out what was going on in my home. I ended up needing a roofer (it was not my AC). But if I ever need my AC repaired in the future, I will call this company again! Thanks!

Jordan was my Tech today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office, forgive me for forgetting the young woman’s name, was professional, polite and very helpful. They got me on the schedule same day and Jordan was even able to come by early. He was very informative, knew his craft and thorough. Had great recommendations that I will be sure to follow. I responded to a door hanger primarily because I saw a service truck in my area. Knowing that my system needed to be checked out I called for an appointment. It turns out that Jordan, the service technician, lives in my neighborhood. Well that was convenient I was really impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He did not try to upsell me on services or unneeded repairs. He did offer some suggestions on my ductwork that I found extremely helpful. I was impressed enough to sign a service contract for one year. I would be happy to recommend them to family and friends.

Shaun is awesome! Got a diagnostic done and he was able to pin point some issues we needed to address. He priced everything out and we will be getting repairs made soon. Very friendly and really knowledgeable! Signed up for the monthly service also.

Got to admit, I was a little skeptical of a full 5 stars, but the number of reviews helped make my decision to try ATS after disappointing and overly pushy techs with my last service company. But man! They 5-stars don’t lie. Jordan was outstanding. Professional, courteous, and very thorough. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained things intuitively and easy to understand. ATS is now my go-to AC company.

Top-notch service. At quoting phase Mr. Granger was thorough in his examination of our current equipment and analysis of the problem. He made certain that we had a good understanding of the issues and made certain all of our concerns were addressed. The price was very reasonable. The installation was quick and professionally done. Mr. Granger arrived with his crew on time and once they had completed the job he came to inspect it, explain what had been installed and why. Not only was the furnace replaced, solving the issues we had with that but the A/C is now also working more efficiently due to the proper size duct work on the intake being installed. We HIGHLY recommend ATS Services to anyone needing AC/Heating repair or replacement.

Just from my experience with the estimate and quote was fantastic. Shaun was very through and helpful, I appreciate his wealth of knowledge and willingness to work with me on finding a way to keep within a reasonable cost.

Want to praise the work by Shaun Juhasz who recently came and serviced our AC. He was polite, honest and informative of the status of our unit. He even provided more cost effective alternatives to help us on the expense. He was prompt on the estimated time he said he would be at our home. Even after the his service call, we had follow up questions. We called him and he was eager to help, answer our questions and provide us with critical information to help us make an informed decision on our next steps. I highly recommend this company and service from Shaun.

ATS stands out from the crowd of other HVAC companies. They are honest yet professional. They show up on time and make sure the customer is happy and fully understands the issue. Shaun, the Service Manager, really knows his stuff! I would highly recommend ATS.

The owner, Barry Granger, came out to give us an estimate on a complete HVAC system. He explained everything in the quote and he left us with a good impression. After we went through all of our estimates we chose ATS Mechanical to do the work.
His guys had the old unit pulled and the new one operational sooner than what was expected.
When Barry came back to make sure everything was completed correctly, he left. When I was learning the thermostat, we noticed it just went blank. I called ATS about 5 minutes later and Barry returned to figure it out. About 30 minutes later it was fully programed and the unit is running great.
I informed Barry that the reason wasn't so much the quoted price, as he was not the lowest, but that it was him that made us decide to go with ATS Mechanical. If you are in the market for a new HVAC system, do yourself a favor and call on ATS to come out, you will not regret it. The lowest price isn't always the best.
