Wrightway Comfort

We have just moved into a new home with our 3 month old daughter. The previous owners had the A/C serviced by a different company 2 days before the inspection, and was noted as being in good working order. We then move in to find out that the home would sit at 10-15 degrees hotter than the thermostat was set due to multiple issues with the unit. Tim came out to the house very fast and would not leave until everything was working the way it was supposed to. He did the work the right way, and we couldn't be happier in our new home. I highly recommend Wrightway Comfort to any one that needs their A/C serviced.

Getting ready for a baby involves LOTS of cleaning, prepping and organizing. One of the areas we almost overlooked was our AC
and vents. With the current Covid and allergy climate, plus being in an older home, we had concerns about how to clean our ducts and air so that we could create the safest environment for brining home
Baby. We’ve used Wrightway Comfort in the past for various AC work and they have always been very knowledgeable about our options. After discussing our concerns with the owner, Tim, he set us up with a “Rapid Recovery” system that scrubbed our air and ducts! Immediately we noticed a difference in the way our home smelled and our sleep quality. The Reme Halo technology used in the rapid recovery system is also available to be purchased through Wrightway as an installed solution, which we will be purchasing ASAP! Since we are looking to move, my concern was paying for the Halo but not being able to take it with us to the new house. Tim let us know that the system is able to be transferred and only requires a filter update every few years! After weighing the costs, we found it is much cheaper to purchase the Halo vs buying multiple air purifiers and filters over the years. We’ve always been impressed with the service Tim and Wrightway Comfort have provided, but now we will be customers for life!

I reached out to Wrightway Comfort and spoke with Tim who immediately set up a time to stop by my home and assess what was wrong with my system. He was prompt and very professional and spent the time to explain my options and the root cause of my problem. Once we agreed on the solution the work was done quickly, but not rushed and the crew was very clean and professional. My family is very comfortable now and appreciative of Wrightway Comfort. We had a few other companies come to give a quote and all were the classic "salesmen" and of course recommended the most expensive. Tim with Wrightway gave us 4 different options to replace our system. He explained all four (pros and cons) and which ones he recommended for the size of our house (not pushy at all). The warranty he offered was by far the best. He and his crew were on time and all very professional. Tim called about a week or so later just to check how we liked the new system and made it a point to come to the house to address a "new noise". Luckily it was just the old vent and I am convinced we never heard it before because the old AC never really worked right from the day we moved in. We are completely satisfied with our entire experience with Wrightway Comfort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Tim was our technician. He went out of his way to explain what was wrong with our system after 2 other companies had shown up and just put Freon in it. They didn’t bother to try and diagnose the problem. Just put a band aid on it. He explained everything in detail so there were no surprises. He showed up on time for the appointment. He gave us an estimate up front so we would know what it cost. There were no surprises at the end. His work was clean and didn’t bother us at all. I highly recommend Wrightway for you air conditioning needs. Our a/c is running better than ever!!!!! We are beyond satisfied with his work.

This is the second house we have used Wrightway Comfort in. They replaced the unit in the first house and when we moved to the new house they installed air purification units. Tim has always been upfront and honest and you can tell he really cares about the customers and the quality. He takes great pride in his work, you can tell he only does things the wright way.

I was looking for service the same day and was fortunate to get a hold of Tim. I called two other providers 1st and didn't feel comfortable with their offering. Tim from Wrightway was able to come over the same day and blow out my main AC drain line. He even installed a valve for easier servicing in the future. He did it all for a service call. I am very happy and would use them again.

Tim went above and beyond to serve our family. He didn't pressure us to use his services, but informed of ways to best take care of our air conditioning system. We ended up installing a Reme Halo, and he continues to be there for us when we have questions. We will definitely continue working Wrightway if we need any other services!

Wrightway installed a complete new air & heat system for us. They were very efficient and worked very timely. They also installed a Remi Halo air purifier which is fabulous! Air is very clean and refreshing now. No more stuffy noses, so glad we got it. Thanks Wrightway.

I had three highly-rated a/c companies come out in three days. This was the last one to come out and not only did his suggestions make the most sense, but because he wasn't able to actually resolve my concern(without a complete replacement of my system, which is only a few years old) he offered to not charge me for the visit. I appreciated the offer, but don't want small business' working for free, especially now during the pandemic. I will definitely call Wrightway the next time I need a tune up, diagnostic, etc for my A/C system. Very honest and really seemed like he just wanted to fix the problem.
