Tim made room in his busy schedule to come out and repair and issue we were having with our unit. He was very professional and took the time to review the cause of the issue. He both repaired the system and explained what the problem was. He went above and beyond by giving me guidance on how to do some simple maintenance to keep my unit running. My overall experience was great and his company is now my go to for any ac or heating problems. I will be recommending his company to friends and family.

My family and I recently had some AC issues that led to us replacing our furnace as well as the outside unit. After trying to keep our old system going for a while, we finally decided on replacing in the Spring before the heat really picked up. And man are we glad that we did.

Randy was our sales lead, and he was extremely professional, informative and considerate to our needs as a family. Everything from quality, price and features was discussed to the fullest prior to us making a decision. Not only did Randy provide answers to all of our questions, (and we had many) but he also provided additional knowledge regarding products, the effects of our local climate, and what to expect from the purchase. He really went the extra mile to educate us on HVAC in general.

The install was probably the most professional job I’ve ever seen. From the plenums and ductwork, to the wiring, surge protectors, and cleanup; the crew did not disappoint. Everything was completed to the highest standard. The unit didn’t disappoint either. We went with a variable speed furnace and a 4 ton outdoor unit, and have had zero issues whatsoever. My wife wears a sweater at night, and the unit has been even more efficient than expected!

When a homeowner makes a large purchase like an HVAC system, you try to research different products and decipher how to get the most “bang for your buck”. That’s the natural though process for most of us; as these are not everyday purchases. What I was pleased most with regarding our purchase with Randy and Wrightway Comfort, was that they really took the time to listen to our needs, budget, timeline and schedules. They explained different manufacturer options, product choices and warranty information.

To say that we are completely satisfied with the level of service we received would be an understatement. We are blown away with the customer service experience and workmanship quality that this company provided. Thank you Wrightway Comfort, keep up the great work!
