After having a horrible experience with John Moore, and an inflated estimate by ARS for substandard parts, we spoke with Barry and were immediately impressed with his expertise and his integrity. He is in business to help resolve our problems, not to get rich at our expense.

He quoted us the best part for our need, provided a time when they would be here and they were here then. They put in a blower and furnace quickley,but also paying attention to detail. Having had several visits from other vendors, this team was experience, polite and got down to work.

Not only did they replace the broken parts, but they put in a new unit that will allow easier servicing in the future.

I am extremely satisfied with their service and while I hope not to need them again, if I do, I will not hesitate to contact them.

ATS Mechanical did a very good job installing the Mitsubishi mini-split in my kitchen. The heat pump system is new to me and Barry explained well the components and principle of the system and how its efficiency will save me on my electric energy.

ATS showed true professional service providing answers to all questions and explaining each step that would be needed to install a complete new system. Shaun came to give an estimate and stayed for over an hour answering questions. The installation crew were on scheduled time and worked hard all day with the installation. Totally satisfied with the service. From making the appointment to Shaun arriving on time. My unit was still frozen , so nothing could be done at the time. Shaun came back two hours later, diagnosed the problem, and gave me cool air and made several excellent suggestions. Class act.

Had to replace the ac/heater in our 15 year old home, not something we were looking forward to from the financial side of things. After obtaining several quotes from other companies, ATS stood out from the rest not only from a price stand point, they also specialize in air management and proper duct routing so that you can get the most out of your system.
If your duct work isn't routed properly, (ours was a mess) a new ac/heating unit isn't going to be very effective.
